Providing quality and compassionate senior care.

The Opportunity

The increasing number of seniors, coupled with a low rate of alternative care utilization and the healthcare system's imperative to minimize long-term care placements, creates an unprecedented opportunity to revolutionize the residential care market. This unique moment in time allows for the provision of enhanced senior living experiences along the housing and care continuum.

Our Beginning

As the only child of parents who embraced parenthood later in life, Dean is naturally interested in elevating the standards of the senior care sector. Recognizing the universal desire for the best possible care in the twilight years of our loved ones, Dean is driven by a personal commitment to enhance the quality of senior care.

Our Values

In our expansion to encompass senior home care at home and within assisted living facilities, we acknowledge the importance of consistent operational components and requirements in delivering exceptional and reliable care. Our unwavering dedication to excellence in staffing and facilities persists as we endeavor to tailor our services to meet the distinct needs and preferences of our elderly clients.

More Than Just Retirement

At Elmer Allan Healthcare Inc., we are committed to revolutionizing the perception of senior living to a colorful, active lifestyle accompanied by top-notch housing and services. Collaborating closely with our clients and their families, we tailor care plans to address unique needs and preferences. Our care coordinators facilitate the seamless coordination of medical appointments and transportation. We firmly believe that every senior should have the chance to age with dignity and respect, and our dedication lies in delivering the highest quality of care.

Who We Serve

In line with the concerns shared by many Canadians about aging and the potential challenges associated with long-term care homes, Elmer Allan Healthcare Inc. is committed to reshaping the landscape of quality senior living. Through the strategic acquisition of operational senior care businesses, senior home care, long-term care, and assisted living (supportive living), we aim to introduce a renewed perspective on senior living. Countries

There are 771 million people in the world who live without clean water. Every year, Elmer Allan Healthcare Inc. will donate $10,000 to charitywater.org. This will build one more well to provide clean water to families worldwide.

Charity: Water (Charity Global, Inc.) is not involved with or supporting us - it is an arm's length entity chosen by Elmer Allan Healthcare.

We strongly believe in giving back, especially to those lacking the basic necessities to live a healthy and happy life. Approximately 1 in 10 people worldwide live without access to clean water. This figure is almost double the population of the United States. Most of these people reside in rural areas and walk several hours daily to collect water for their families. This routine of collecting water keeps children out of school and wastes valuable time parents could use to earn money. To make matters worse, the water they collect is often contaminated and carries diseases that make everyone sick. Access to clean water is essential for education, income, and health, especially for women and children.
